Refund Policy:

Refunds are only available for orders that have been cancelled within 24 hours of purchase.

Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days upon receipt of the returned test kit.

The testing kits (Genetic testing and Finger Prick Blood Test), shipping and handling charges are non-refundable after 24 hours of the initial purchase.

Late Cancellations: Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the appointment will incur a 50% cancellation fee.

No-Shows: If you do not attend your scheduled consultation without prior notice, you will not be eligible for a refund.
