Cancellation, Refund and Return Policy (Genetic Testing Package and Finger Prick Blood Test):

We understand that circumstances may arise that require a refund or cancellation of your nutritional genetic testing and blood finger prick test order. Please review our policy below:

Refund Policy:

  • Refunds are only available for orders that have been cancelled within 24 hours of purchase.

  • To request a refund, please contact our customer support team with your order details.

  • Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days upon receipt of the returned test kit.

  • The testing kits (Genetic testing and Finger Prick Blood Test), shipping and handling charges are non-refundable after 24 hours of the initial purchase.  

  • Refunds are issued to the original method of payment used for the purchase.

Cancellation Policy:

  • Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement for a full refund.

  • To cancel an order, please contact our customer support team with your order details.

  • Once an order has been processed and shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

Exceptions:

  • In the event of a defective or damaged test kit, please contact our customer support team for assistance.

  • Partial refunds or replacements will be provided for defective or damaged test kits upon verification.

We strive to provide the best service possible and understand that sometimes plans may change. Please review our cancellation and refund policy for nutritional consultations below:

Cancellation Policy:

  • 48-Hour Cancellation: You can cancel your consultation appointment up to 24 hours before the scheduled time for a full refund.

  • Late Cancellations: Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the appointment will incur a 50% cancellation fee.

  • No-Shows: If you do not attend your scheduled consultation without prior notice, you will not be eligible for a refund.

 

Refund Policy:

  • Full Refund: Full refunds are available for consultations canceled at least 48 hours in advance.

  • Partial Refund: For cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled time, 50% of the consultation fee will be refunded.

  • No Refund: No refunds will be provided for no-shows or cancellations made after the consultation has already taken place.

 

Rescheduling:

  • Free Rescheduling: You can reschedule your consultation at no additional cost if done at least 24 hours before the appointment.

  • Late Rescheduling: Rescheduling requests made less than 48 hours before the appointment will incur a 25% rescheduling fee.
