Our genetic testing kit will be sent to your chosen address, analysing numerous genetic markers selected based on high-quality scientific research. Upon receiving your test, follow the instructions provided and simply collect your saliva in the provided tube and send the sample to the laboratory using the prepaid postage package. The sample will be analysed at a world-leading laboratory, and a report will be generated based on your results.

You will receive an email invitation to schedule your first consultation at a convenient time for you. Before the initial consultation, you will need to complete a short questionnaire about your dietary and lifestyle habits. This will enable us to provide enhanced personalised advice and allow for greater success of your goals. During the first consultation, we will thoroughly discuss your report and set SMART targets. The second consultation will take place three months later to monitor your progress and set new goals.
